Our farm is surrounded by old trees in the small village of Rötzum, north of the Hildesheim Börde. For generations, we have been farming and keeping livestock here in harmony with nature and with a lot of heart for our animal companions. Traditionally, great importance has always been attached to the keeping and breeding of horses. At the beginning of the 20th century, the farm was dominated by cold-blooded horses, which were used for heavy field work, but today it is sporty riding horses.

Our aim is to keep our farm healthy and productive for future generations. We believe in sustainable farming, even if this does not always meet the requirements of pure organic farming. For us, healthy soil that ensures future yields is of the utmost importance. Therefore, farming that combines the best of both systems, conventional and organic, is the wisest choice in the long term.
